Deposit policy

The deposit is non-refundable, but it is always counted toward the final tattoo price. Please read the terms carefully before booking.

• If you cancel your appointment at any time, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you are more than 40 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment is considered missed, it is cancelled, and the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you ask to reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit is required to book a new date.
• If you ask to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance but do not agree on a new date in time, this is treated as a cancellation.
• If you book one project and later want something entirely different from what was agreed at booking, the deposit is non-refundable unless the artist agrees to the new project.
• If you reach out at least 72 hours before the appointment we usually accommodate up to two reschedule requests. A third or further request is at the artist's discretion and may require a new deposit.
• The price may change if the schedule is moved multiple times or more than a year has passed since the original date.
